The BKS Portal is fully aligned with the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA), Act No. 28 of 2002, and supports the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) regulatory framework — including Social and Labour Plan (SLP) obligations.
We are committed to meaningful stakeholder engagement — respecting traditional leadership, their structures, relevant communities, and all interested and affected parties in the candidate selection process.
